Quick breakfast that's great on the go

Ingredients

  • 1 beaten egg

  • 1 tortilla (I used carb savvy)

  • bomba sauce to taste

  • ~1/4 cup of shredded cheese

  • 1 slice of cooked bacon

Preparation

  1. Prep your ingredients! This one goes quickly.

  2. To a non-stick oiled pan, cook your beaten egg half way. While that's cooking, slather as much bomba sauce as you'd like. When egg is still cooking, add cheese and let that melt then slap your bomb-a tortilla onto the melting cheese.

  3. Flip the tortilla that now has cheese and egg adhered to it then finish cooking on the reverse side.

  4. Once done, move to a plate, add a slice of bacon and roll it up.
