About the Recipe

Ingredients
· 2 cups of old fashioned oats
· 1 cup mixed nuts
· 1 tsp salt
· 1 tsp cinnamon
· 1/3 cup of hemp hearts
· 1 tb flax seeds
· ¼ cup of date syrup
· ½ tsp vanilla extract
· ¼ cup of melted coconut oil
· Handful of chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients well, except chocolate chips
Move to a parchment paper lined baking sheet
Bake for 20-25 minutes
Add chocolate chips
Let cool and enjoy!
