Trust me, this one is gooooood

Ingredients
Wet Ingredients:
2 cups mashed RIPE bananas (~4-6 bananas)
4 eggs
2/3 cup of veg oil
Dry Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 (3.5 oz) box of instant vanilla pudding - you'll need only 3 oz of it and yes, I'm sure instant pudding.
1 tsp baking soda
1.5 tsp salt
Add-Ins
1 (3.5 oz) dark chocolate bar, yes dark, I know, I know, my fav is still milk but dark works better in this recipe
1 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
Preparation
Prep your ingredients! & preheat your oven at 350 degrees.
Mix wet ingredients
Gently fold in dry ingredients
Gently fold in coconut and chocolate just until combined
Bake in a greased bundt for 50 minutes. Check with a toothpick to make sure it's baked through, you may hit a chocolate chunk but that does not necessarily mean it isn't fully baked. Just try another location. If it comes out still wet, add another 5 minutes and check again.
Once done, remove from the oven and let cool then flip and it and enjoy!
