About the Recipe

Whether you're short on time or you've got all the time in the world, this is a recipe to keep in your back pocket. It goes over well with toddlers, picky eaters, and foodies alike and the stunning green sauce will wow them all.


  • 8 oz Bucatini

  • 1 bunch of kale

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tb olive oil

  • Red pepper flakes to taste


  1. Prep your ingredients!

  2. Boil a large pot of water. Add pasta and cook for 3 minutes. Add your kale and cook with the pasta for 5 additional minutes. Drain, separating the kale and the pasta and reserve some pasta water.

  3. Return pasta to pot.

  4. To a blender, add kale, olive oil, Parmesan, salt & red pepper flakes to taste. Pour over pasta, toss and enjoy.
