About the Recipe
Whether you're short on time or you've got all the time in the world, this is a recipe to keep in your back pocket. It goes over well with toddlers, picky eaters, and foodies alike and the stunning green sauce will wow them all.

Ingredients
8 oz Bucatini
1 bunch of kale
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
2 tb olive oil
Red pepper flakes to taste
Preparation
Prep your ingredients!
Boil a large pot of water. Add pasta and cook for 3 minutes. Add your kale and cook with the pasta for 5 additional minutes. Drain, separating the kale and the pasta and reserve some pasta water.
Return pasta to pot.
To a blender, add kale, olive oil, Parmesan, salt & red pepper flakes to taste. Pour over pasta, toss and enjoy.
